◆Infection prevention measures

　- Wipe down all the desks and door knobs using alcoholic antiseptic solution.
　- Refresh classroom air during breaks by opening all the door and windows.
　- Encourage hand-washing and use hand sanitizer.
　- ALL the staff and teachers wear a mask during commuting and classes.
　- Accept an absence notification from the students during March if they need.
　- Cancel the school events

◆To new arrival students

　- Ask all the students to declare health condition and submit medical check sheet for 2 weeks before coming to Japan.

◆Regarding calling off classes and postponing enrollment

　- Follow the policy by the Immigration Bureau .
– We may close the school depending on the situation.

To all the students : We are trying to figure out what’s the best for all the students.
